Welcome to the website for Archangels Montessori Nursery, situated in the London borough of Bromley.

Introduction

The Nursery was established in 1996 by the current owner, Vera Jarrett. Vera Jarrett is a mother of 3 children, who are now grown-ups, the youngest presently aged 20. She has maintained very demanding full-time positions in the medical and local government for a period of 20 years, working as a Personal Medical Secretary and then Personal Assistant, whilst her children were young. All 3 children attended “Montessori” nursery.

Vera has a passion for the caring and nurturing of children and though working, took much interest in her children’s nursery experience. She became interested in the early years education and pursued a City Guild Course in Childcare and later gained the Teacher’s qualification in Montessori at the London Montessori Centre. On completion of these and other related courses she embarked on setting up a Montessori Nursery.

Our Aims And Objectives

The main aim of this provision is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for “working parents”. Archangels Montessori Nursery is most keen on ensuring that parents feel comfortable in the knowledge that their children are well cared for whilst they progress in their professional career.
